Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Normal Reservations and Cancellations (non prime-time/holiday)
All normal reservations require a minimum of 72 hour (3 day) advance notice of cancellation.

Prime-time/Holiday Reservations and Cancellations
All prime-time (May 15th to September 15th) and holiday season reservations will require a minimum of 7 day advance notice of cancellation. We also require a $50 deposit to hold the reservation. No shows and/or lack of cancellation notice for the dates booked will result in that time period being billed to your account, and forfeit of the deposit. Prime-time and holiday dates will be posted in the office and on our website.

Generally all boarding reservations can only be taken up to 2 calendar months in advance.

*Anyone wanting to make a reservation more than 2 calendar months in advance can do so by pre-paying for the dates of the reservation. This pre-payment is for regular boarding fees only. Any additional services and charges will be added at the time of check in. This pre-payment is non-refundable.

Sunday Policy
Pick-up will be by available appointment only between the hours of 1PM and 3PM. Dogs that have a going home appointment on a Sunday will be required to pre-pay when the dog is dropped off. Any change in schedule for a Sunday pick-up should be phoned into our business office by NOON on Saturday in order for us to make all the necessary preparations to have your dog ready for the next day pick-up.

Our normal office hours:
Monday thru Friday - 9AM-6PM
Saturday - 9AM-5PM
Sunday (pick up only) - 1PM-3PM
Daycare Hours: Monday thru Friday - 7AM-7PM (no weekends)

*Special/holiday hours will be posted in the office.

** There will be a $50 fee for pre-arranged early drop-off and after hour pick ups.
